About us
We're a business passionate about connecting companies with their most valuable assets - their staff and their clients.
Established in 2008 with a business plan scribbled on the back of a beer coaster, our aim was to create engaging, custom experiences that offered an alternative to the clichéd team building activities already available. Hence our name.
Our people are an assortment of mixed lollies with creativity, humour and personal drive as their key attributes; all sharing a common passion for delivering amazing experiences.

Will GrayDirector
From tarantula farming in Belize to riding bulls in Spain our Director has a lifetime passion for creating great experiences, be it for himself or for his clients. Will has worked in the events industry for over 12 years in Australia & South-East Asia and knows what it takes to engage teams and ignite brands. He also often reminds us that 80's pop music is the 'golden era' of music and spills coffee on his desk at least twice a week.
Henry BrydonExperience Manager
Too cheap to buy a plane ticket, Henry traveled from England to Australia on a bicycle in a 2 year adventure that saw him peddling through Europe, the Middle East, the Silk Road and through Asia. Now our resident adventurer, Henry brings his 'off the beaten track' approach to all Hidden Door experiences.
Jasmine ThompsonAccounts Guru
Jasmine is our resident accounts guru and often the person that picks up the phone first in our office. With amazing attention to detail, Jas also works on our large team events from time to time (so she can see sunlight occasionally). When she's not at work Jas generally cooks up a feast that thankfully makes its way into the office for us to enjoy.
Haley GeorgeExperience Manager
Haley has a wealth of experience in logistics and is responsible for the organisation of most of our team programs. Her client commitment is second-to-none and will ensure that each and very team event exceeds expectations. It won't surprise you to know that her hair is still this curly although she does try to disguise it with an assortment of head bands.
Hayley WodzinskiExperience Manager
'Woddy' is a Shire girl with a background in events that has taken her all over Australia. Now comfortably back in her safezone with the other Hobbits, Hayley manages logistics of many of our team events as well as the day-to-day office shenanigans.
Kate BrowneExperience Manager
Kate, aka 'Peghead', helps manage many of our team programs in Sydney from start to finish so you may have already seen her kick starting an Amazing Race or helping teams create their own ad. Originally from a small country town, we often have to remind Kate that cow tipping isn't so popular in the big smoke.
Sam McNeillEvent Host
'Maccas' is an accomplished singer/songwriter and outstanding event host for any type of team program. He is well known for singing his voice messages and longing to be captain of the A-Team.
Luke DemetriouEvent Host
An avid photographer, Lukey D hosts many of our creative team events around the country. For a man that enjoys drinking KB's on the hill at Newtown it's interesting to note that he can't drive a manual car.
Jess HundleyEvent Host (Brisbane)
Originally from mob country, New Jersey, but now residing is Brisbane Jess is an energetic event host who is a killer on the roller derby circuit and also brews beer in her spare time.1300 390 082
