Whether you manage a team of 3 or 300, you know how difficult it can be to keep people engaged. Keeping morale high is always a challenge, especially when budgets are tight.

If you want to keep your best employees onboard and keep them engaged, you need to be a bit creative. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to thank the members of your team without breaking the bank.

1. Say Thank You
The value of a heartfelt thank you cannot be overstated, so do not be afraid to tell your best performers when they have done a great job.
