We’ve created some stunning corporate picnics at amazing locations and venues in all corners of Australia.

Depending on your group size and preferred location, we’ll suggest some suitable venues for your Pop-Up Picnic.

We’re mindful that your event location needs to be close to public transport and have easy parking for your guests, along with being absolutely stunning.

We’ve thought of everything you could possibly need for a great picnic including a great selection of rugs and outdoor furniture to keep everyone comfy, a Bluetooth music speaker so you can play some tunes, an ice tub to keep your drinks cold and a selection of fun giant games to keep everyone entertained.

We partner with the best caterers and drink providers in Australia.

Our DIY share platters and grazing boxes are popular for picnics and include antipasto boards, NY rare roast beef sliders, caprese salad vege sliders, fruit platter, cheese boards and a dessert box.

For something more substantial you can choose individual lunch boxes that include sushi, a gourmet roll, piece of fruit and a small cake or a buffet style lunch.

All dietary requirements can be accommodated.

You can choose to BYO drinks to keep it cost-effective or place an order with our drink drop-off provider.

Of course, you’re welcome to arrange your own catering along.

Your Pop-Up Picnic also include some fun games and activities to entertain your guests.

From giant connect four, giant scrabble and giant chess, to cornhole, klop, bocce and much more.  Don’t worry about rules, we’ll leave you a little summary of how to play each game.

We’ll even pack you a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your fave tunes for the afternoon.

The format of the day is designed to allow guests to opt in to the games if they choose, or simply enjoy a drink and take in the magical setting with colleagues and friends.
