MTV | Horror Show Experience
BRIEF: Create an experience to reflect the MTV brand that engages all Sydney staff.
We combined abandoned warehouses and actors dressed as freaky characters, with challenges that would make your skin crawl.
Rheem | Singapore Grand Prix
BRIEF: Create a memorable 4-day VIP incentive trip for 25 trade partners from around Australia.
Winners flew to Singapore for the F1 Grand Prix including their own private kart grand prix and amazing dining experiences.
PLAY | Lenovo Launch
BRIEF: Create a social media challenge to help Lenovo better understand their millenial audience.
With over 180 people, each equipped with a Lenovo tablet, teams set off in search of fun millenial-themed challenges that were spread across social media.
Dimension Data | Family Day
BRIEF: Create a relaxed Xmas party for staff that was family-friendly and kept kids entertained.
Hidden Door created a bubble soccer tournament and a number of games including Giant Jenga and Giant Connect Four, as well as roving entertainers.
Mettler Toledo | Port Douglas Conference
BRIEF: Mettler Toledo asked us to create an experience that focused on sharing resources and breaking down silos.
In a ‘Survivor’ theme, teams shared equipment to create their own tribe flag, complete beach challenges and build & race their own raft.
Seek | Project 360
BRIEF: 60 staff from Seek wanted to roll up their sleeves to help renovate the home of a family in need of a helping hand.
In just under 4 hours they painted the house, removed rubbish, built vege gardens, painted the fence and even delivered a brand new fridge.
Google | Annual Conference
BRIEF: Create an entirely original Amazing Race on the beaches and parklands of Wollongong for 250 Google staff.
Teams built herb gardens for schools, completed a beach relay, hunted for 90’s movie trivia and more!
AIME | Quarterly Institute
BRIEF: As part of our partnership with AIME, we wanted to created an experience to reward and engage AIME staff as part of 2014 AIME Institute.
We created 7 original TVCs, each focusing on one of AIME’s personalities.

BRIEF: Create a CSR program for over 60 staff to help rejuvenate the shared home of residents in Western Sydney who receive 24hr care from Ability Options.
The transformation in under 4 hours was remarkable.

BRIEF: Create a CSR experience for 60 staff in Melbourne that was both challenging and delivered on giving back to the community.
Combining a Cubby house build and decoration with a scavenger hunt ensured this energetic group had an awesome experience!

BRIEF: Ostwald Bros chose to give back to their community as part of their 2013 offsite conference.
The group rejuvenated the home of two elderly women living with mental illness including painting interiors and transforming a weedy grass patch into an easy-to-manage vegie garden.
Graincorp | Leadership Team Day
BRIEF: Create a local CSR program for a Graincorp senior leadership team.
The team got stuck into a series of jobs to create a sustainable vegetable garden for a childcare centre run by The Salvation Army, as well as donating and building a new trampoline.
Wartsila | Search and Rescue
BRIEF: Surprise conference guests with an interactive rescue experience deep in the Blue Mountains.
Including planning and implementation, teams orienteered, hiked and completed a canyon to locate and rescue the injured hiker.
Hertz | Annual Conference
BRIEF: Hertz were looking to combine unique but entirely different team experiences into their February reward event.
Hidden Door created two back-to-back experiences for the group – Masterchef and Win it in a Minute.
